Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:
- UPS SurePost – $7.95 (Estimated delivery: 7+ business days)
- UPS Ground / DeliverDirect Ground – $9.95 (Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days)
- UPS 2-Day / DeliverDirect Priority – $25 (Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days)
- UPS Overnight – $32 (Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur during transit.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET / 11:00 AM PT may be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day.
3. Free Shipping
- We offer free shipping on orders over $65 within the United States.
- Free shipping applies to UPS SurePost (7–10 business days).
- This offer is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- We do not ship to international addresses at this time.
- Shipping is not available to APO/FPO addresses or certain U.S. territories.
5. Delivery Notes
- Additional delivery time (7–10 days) may apply for non-continental U.S. locations.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed due to fast processing.
6. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
7. Important Information
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses.
- Customers are responsible for any additional carrier fees related to address changes after order placement.
8. Returns & Shipping Fees
- Free return shipping is available within 30 days (U.S. only) for eligible items.
- Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
